Our platform enables banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders to build, deploy, and scale AI agents for credit decisioning.

User accounts

Financial institution clients should refer to their service agreement for terms specific to platform usage, data processing, and service levels.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 17581602 CANADA INC. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer of warranties

By signing or electronically accepting this agreement, you hereby consent and authorize 17581602 CANADA INC., operating as Sphera Credit, or its authorized agents, to obtain your credit report and related financial information from Equifax Canada Co. or any other credit reporting agency.

• Purpose of collection: This information is collected to facilitate credit decisioning through Sphera Credit's credit underwriting platform. This data will be used to evaluate your creditworthiness and eligibility for lending products.
• Privacy and data protection: Sphera Credit is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Loi 25). You consent to the collection and processing of your identity information and financial information as part of this process.
• Acknowledgement of policies: You acknowledge that you have been provided access to, and have read, Sphera Credit's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You understand that you may request access to, correction of, or the withdrawal of consent for your personal information by contacting support@spheracredit.com, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
